Antibiotics (pill and liquid form)

Amoxicillin is used to treat a wide variety of bacterial infections.  This medication is a penicillin-type antibiotic.  It works by stopping the growth of bacteria.

Azithromycin is used to treat certain bacterial infections, such as bronchitis; pneumonia; sexually transmitted diseases (STD); and infections of the ears, lungs, sinuses, skin, throat, and reproductive organs. 

Cephalexin is used to treat a wide variety of bacterial infections. This medication is known as a cephalosporin antibiotic.

Clindamycin is used to treat bacterial infections. This medicine may be given to patients who have had an allergic reaction to penicillin. Clindamycin will not work for colds, flu, or other virus infections.

Doxycycline Hyclate is used to treat a wide variety of bacterial infections, including those that cause acne. This medication is also used to prevent malaria. This medication is known as a tetracycline antibiotic.
