30ml Hospira Brand Bacteriostatic Water for Injection

• Bacteriostatic water for injection, USP, is a sterile, multiple-dose, non-pyrogenic water for injection. 
• Bacteriostatic Water for Injection is supplied in a multiple-dose 30 mL plastic vial with a flip-top lid and is not pressurized. 
• Contains 0.9% (9 mg/mL) of benzyl alcohol added as a bacteriostatic preservative. 

30ml Bacteriostatic water for injection sample pack contains:

• (1) Hospira Brand 30ml bottle of bacteriostatic water.  Bacteriostatic water for injection is supplied in a multiple-dose 30 mL plastic bottle and is not pressurized. 
• (2) ALK brand 10ml sealed, empty vials  
• (10) Large prep pads

This item is to be stored at room temperature per manufacturer’s instruction.
