Orders are mailed from our facility located in the United States. Shipping rates are determined during checkout and may vary with specific requests. A tracking number will be emailed within 24 hours after the order has been mailed. If a large quantity of a specific product is needed, then please email us to ensure that the product is in stock.

All orders are covered by our 30 Day return policy. All returns authorized by farrislabs.com are subject to a restocking fee of 15% and must be completed within 30 days from the date of purchase. The customer is responsible for arranging the shipment of the product back to the appropriate warehouse. All products must be returned unopened and in a resalable condition. Before returning any product, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained. No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number.
